Service times at St Johns Church, Harpenden

The St John's congregation Everyone is welcome at all our services.

Our main service is at 9:30 am each Sunday. On the first Sunday of the month we hold an All Age Eucharist (with a Creche for young children). On other Sundays we have Parish Communion and run a Junior Church and a Creche. Afterwards we all go to the Church Hall for coffee, tea and biscuits (you are particularly welcome if this is your first service).

These services take place in the Lady Chapel; this is at the far end of the building (nearest to the Church Hall).

If you, a relative or friend are housebound or in hospital and would like to receive communion, please contact the Parish Office.

Baptisms
These are normally on the last Sunday of the month.

Evensong
On the first Sunday of each month, this is a joint service with Southdown Methodist Church. In February, April, June, August, October and December the service is at St John's - otherwise it is at Southdown Methodist Church.
