Our activities for children are very much focused by age. They include:
Play & Praise Set up particularly for young families who may find coming to the main Sunday service difficult or daunting, Play and Praise meets at 4pm on the second Sunday of the month in St John's Church Hall.
Youth Group - a chance for secondary school children (year 7+) to get together on Sunday evenings during term time - for socialising and charity works.
Little Gems (for under 4s) meets every Sunday except the first Sunday of the month. On the first Sunday, we encourage the entire family to come to the service, but provide toys in the porch for you to use if you want to - and you can listen to the service.
We hold a Junior Church each Sunday (except the first Sunday of the month). Children (4+) sing, listen to stories and complete craft activities with a Christian theme.
There are special activities throughout the year such as a Good Friday morning workshop and the annual Nativity Play.
Visiting children are always welcome to join the regular groups.
