We always welcome young children to our services, but the experience of the parents amongst us is that entertaining our toddler during the whole of a service is somewhat stressful !.
To allow parents to concentrate on worship rather than crowd control, a Creche runs during every 9.30 Sunday service, including the All Age Eucharist on the first Sunday of the month.
Children go straight to the Committee Room in the Church Hall, a small carpeted room ideal for little ones, and enjoy unstructured play from 9.30am until the Peace (about 10.15), when children join their parents in church.
We care for children from birth to nursery age; both those who come regularly and visitors on a one off basis, the group usually being no bigger than eight.
